Project Overview

Following the September 27, 2025 coastal bluff collapse in Rancho Palos Verdes, where approximately 300-400 linear feet of slope subsided 50-60 feet toward the coastline as reported by the Los Angeles Times, AeroViews was deployed to conduct a comprehensive aerial survey and geospatial analysis.

The land movement damaged several backyards along Marguerite Drive, requiring precise documentation for geotechnical assessment, insurance claims, and stabilization planning.
