AeroViews was contracted by a top level commercial real estate broker to capture stunning aerial footage of this one of a kind location in Carlsbad, Ca. The project scope included drone photos in both standard format and panoramic format. It also included adding boundary lines over the photos to give the potential buyer a better idea of the true size of the property. It also included drone time lapse videos showing the amount of traffic that passes by daily, twilight shots and drone video.
AeroViews was contracted by Steve Randall of FirstTeam & Christie’s International Real Estate to shoot several properties in Southern California. Steve Randall is one of Orange County’s premiere agents and specializes in selling both luxury properties and vacant land properties. The scope of work for the vacant land projects include drone photos of vacant land, ground photos, drone video, standard and panoramic shots, twilight shots and drawing property boundaries in Photoshop.
